What we can’t help with#
- We can’t recover lost or stolen NFTs or cryptocurrency. If your wallet has been compromised, our guide on what to do if your wallet is compromised explains the immediate steps — but the hard truth is that most on-chain transactions are irreversible.
- We can’t tell you what to buy. We don’t give personal financial advice.
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and you should never send it to anyone — including anyone claiming to be us.
A warning about impersonation#
Scammers impersonate crypto and NFT websites. We will only ever contact you from an @nftuniverse.com.au address, or from our newsletter sender NFT Universe (nftuniversehq@gmail.com) for email-list messages. We will never message you first offering help, and we will never ask for wallet credentials of any kind.
